What you'll need:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup diced grape tomatoes
2 chopped scallions (3 if they're small)
2-3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. lime juice
Salt to taste

- In mixing bowl, gently mash the avocados with a fork. Depending on how you like your guac, you can make it chunky or smooth (I like mine a bit chunky). Keep in mind that the avocados will mash up a bit more when other ingredients are mixed in.
- Gently stir in the lime juice (prevents avocados from turning brown).
- Add the grape tomatoes, cilantro, scallions and salt and mix to desired consistency.
